Our company is a combination of over a hundred years of tradition of Flemish construction crafts and innovative architectural and engineering solutions of a young, dynamically developing Polish construction corporation.

The founders of the company were the Belgian company Aannemingen JANSSEN NV, one of the oldest and most honored construction companies in this part of Europe, and the owners of the Polish company.

The companies began cooperation in Belgium, where Polish owners undertook the implementation of construction contracts as the General Contractor of large-size buildings for various purposes. Soon, the circle of entities interested in cooperation expanded to include the largest Benelux developers, with whom fruitful cooperation continues to this day.

The consequence of the successful cooperation was the creation in 2007 of a joint company Janssen & Philips Development Sp z o.o. Currently, Janssen & Philips Development is 100% owned by Polish owners.

Experience as a building shell contractor: 54 construction sites in Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden, including hotels, apartment buildings, senior buildings, schools, dormitories, public utility buildings, industrial buildings.

As General Contractor: 8 construction sites in Poland and Sweden, including terraced residential buildings, apartment buildings, student dormitories.
